Terms of Service
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Court website (courtpadelshop.com), creating an account, or purchasing Court products, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Court Holdings LLC ("Court," "we," "us") reserves the right to update these terms at any time; continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to make a purchase or create an account on the Site. By using the Site, you represent that you meet this requirement.
3. Accounts
Creating an account is optional but required to use the loyalty rewards program. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at courtpadelinternational@gmail.com if you suspect unauthorized use of your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account for suspected fraud, abuse, or violation of these Terms.
4. Products, Pricing & Orders
All product orders are subject to availability. Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice; the price charged is the price displayed at the time your order is placed. Court reserves the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any order at its discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or excessive quantity purchases. Wholesale pricing is subject to approval and minimum order requirements. Your order is an offer to buy; the order confirmation email confirms we received it, and the sale is accepted when we ship your order. If we cancel an order after you have been charged, we will refund the full amount.
You may cancel an online order or change its shipping address within 10 hours of placing it, as long as it has not already shipped. After that, the order cannot be cancelled or changed and our Refund Policy applies.
5. Payment
Payments are processed securely by Stripe. By placing an order, you authorize us (via Stripe) to charge your chosen payment method for the full order total, including applicable shipping and any taxes due.
6. Payment Disputes & Chargebacks
If you have a problem with a charge, you agree to contact us first at courtpadelinternational@gmail.com with your order number and to give us at least 10 business days to resolve it before disputing the charge with your bank or card issuer. Most issues are solved faster this way.
If a chargeback or payment dispute is filed, we will provide your bank with the records of your order, including your acceptance of these policies at checkout and the carrier's shipping and delivery tracking. While a dispute is open, we may suspend the related account, loyalty points, and rewards.
If a dispute is found to be fraudulent or filed in bad faith (for example, claiming a package was not received when the carrier confirms delivery, or claiming a purchase was unauthorized when it was not), we may permanently close the account, cancel all points and rewards, refuse future orders, and pursue all remedies available under law, including legal action to recover the order amount, chargeback fees, collection costs, and reasonable attorneys' fees to the extent permitted by law. Nothing in this section limits any right you have under applicable law to dispute a charge with your card issuer.
7. Shipping, Delivery & Risk of Loss
Online orders ship only to addresses within the 50 United States and the District of Columbia. You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Title to the products and risk of loss pass to you when we deliver your package to the carrier, and an order is considered delivered once the carrier's tracking shows it as delivered to the address you provided. Court is not responsible for packages lost, stolen, or damaged after delivery. Full details are in our Refund Policy and Orders & Shipping Help.
8. Loyalty Rewards Program
Court's optional loyalty program allows account holders to earn points on purchases and account activity, and to redeem accumulated points for discounts or store credit as described on the Site. Points and rewards (a) have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash, (b) are non-transferable between accounts, (c) may be modified, capped, or discontinued by Court at any time, and (d) may be forfeited if we determine, in our reasonable discretion, that they were obtained through fraud, abuse, or a violation of these Terms. Store credit rewards apply automatically to future orders until fully used and do not expire unless otherwise stated at the time of redemption. Points do not expire while your account remains open; points and unused rewards are forfeited if the account is closed.
9. Assumption of Risk & Product Use
Padel, tennis, pickleball, and other racket sports are physical activities that carry an inherent risk of injury. Court products are sports accessories designed to improve comfort and grip, but no overgrip or accessory can guarantee a secure hold under all conditions, including heavy sweat, rain, humidity, extreme temperatures, or wear. Court products do not prevent injuries.
You are responsible for installing products correctly, inspecting your equipment before each use, and replacing an overgrip when it is worn, torn, or no longer provides a secure grip. By using Court products, you voluntarily assume all risks associated with your sport and with the use of the products, and, to the fullest extent permitted by law, you release Court Holdings LLC and its owners, employees, and partners from claims arising from those risks.
10. Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, logos, and product designs on this Site are the exclusive property of Court Holdings LLC. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited.
10A. Customer Reviews
When you submit a review, you confirm that it reflects your own honest experience with the product and that you own, or have permission to share, any photos you include. You grant Court Holdings LLC a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual license to publish, reproduce, and display your review, first name with last initial, city, and photos on the Site and in Court's marketing, and to shorten it for length without changing its meaning. Your email address is never published. We review submissions before publishing and may decline or remove reviews that are off-topic, offensive, contain personal information, or appear fraudulent, but we do not remove or decline a review because it is negative.
11. Wholesale & Partnership Agreements
Approved wholesale partners and distributors are bound by separate agreements. Wholesale orders are governed by the terms in each Court invoice or order confirmation (numbered COH-), including deposits, credit terms, cancellations, payment methods, and lead times. Resale of Court products without authorization is prohibited.
12. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to: use the Site for any unlawful purpose; attempt to gain unauthorized access to any account, data, or system on the Site; interfere with the proper functioning of the Site; or abuse, exploit, or attempt to manipulate the loyalty rewards program or any discount mechanism outside its intended use.
13. Product Remedy & Disclaimer of Warranties
If a Court product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, and you tell us within 7 days of delivery with photos as described in our Refund Policy, we will replace it or refund it, at our choice. This is your sole remedy for product defects. Overgrips are consumable products that wear with use, and normal wear is not a defect. Except as stated in this section and as required by law, Court products, the Site, and its content are provided "as is" and without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, to the fullest extent permitted by law. Some states do not allow these limitations, so they may not apply to you.
14. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Court Holdings LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our products or the Site. Our maximum aggregate liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for the product in question.

16. Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Before filing a formal claim, you agree to first contact us at courtpadelinternational@gmail.com so we can attempt to resolve the issue informally. Any dispute not resolved informally shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Harris County, Texas, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.
17. General
Indemnity. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Court Holdings LLC from claims, losses, and reasonable attorneys' fees arising from your violation of these Terms or misuse of the Site. Events beyond our control. We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, such as severe weather, carrier or supplier disruptions, natural disasters, or outages of third-party services. Severability. If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. Entire agreement. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy, are the entire agreement between you and Court about the Site and your online purchases. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it, and we may assign these Terms in connection with a sale or reorganization of our business.
18. Accessibility
We want everyone to be able to shop at Court. We aim to follow the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA and keep improving the Site.
