Refund Policy
Shipping Options & Times
We offer two shipping options at checkout: Ground Shipping, which usually ships within 1-2 business days with an estimated delivery of 5-7 business days, and Express Shipping, which usually ships within 24 hours with an estimated delivery of 1-3 business days. Delivery times are estimates from the shipping carrier, are not guaranteed, and may vary due to weather conditions, carrier delays, or your region of the country. You will receive an email with your carrier and tracking number once your order ships, and signed-in customers can also see it in Order History. Shipping Delays
If we cannot ship your order within the time stated at checkout, we will notify you by email with a new estimated ship date and give you the option to cancel your order for a full refund.
Where We Ship
We currently ship online orders only to addresses within the 50 United States and the District of Columbia. We do not ship online orders internationally or to APO/FPO/DPO military addresses at this time.
Order Cancellations & Changes
You may cancel your order or change its shipping address within 10 hours of placing it, as long as it has not already shipped, by emailing courtpadelinternational@gmail.com with your order number (CRT-). Approved cancellations are refunded in full to the original payment method. After 10 hours, or once your order has shipped, it can no longer be cancelled or changed, and our return policy below applies.
Shipping Address Accuracy
You are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by you. If a package is returned to us because the address was incorrect or incomplete, or because the package was refused or unclaimed, we will reship it once you pay the new shipping cost, or refund the price of the products minus the original shipping charge and any return-to-sender fees charged by the carrier. If a package is delivered to an incorrect or incomplete address you provided and is not returned to us, no refund or replacement will be issued, and a new order is required.
Delivery, Title & Risk of Loss
Title to the products and risk of loss pass to you when we deliver your package to the carrier. Once the carrier's tracking shows the package as delivered to the shipping address you provided, your order is considered delivered and fulfilled. Court is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged after the carrier marks them as delivered, including packages left at a porch, doorstep, mailroom, lobby, or with a neighbor or building staff. This does not affect claims for items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect, which are handled under Damages and Issues below.
If your tracking shows no movement for 7 business days, or your package has not been marked delivered within 10 business days after the estimated delivery date, contact us within 30 days of the ship date. As a courtesy, we will open a claim with the carrier on your behalf. Any replacement or refund is at our sole discretion and may depend on the outcome of the carrier's investigation.
Shipping Rates
Shipping is calculated live at checkout. Once you enter your shipping address, we ask the carriers (USPS, UPS and FedEx, through our shipping provider Shippo) for the price of your package and show you two options before you pay: Ground, the lowest rate available, and Express, the lowest rate that arrives in about 1 to 3 business days. The price you pay is the carrier's rate for your package plus a $1.00 packaging fee, and it is shown before you confirm your payment. Rates depend on your address and on the size and weight of your order, including padel ball cases.
Until you enter your address, the cart shows an estimate by weight (for example, Ground $6.99 for orders up to 1 lb). If the carriers cannot be reached at the moment you pay, we charge the standard rate by weight instead: up to 1 lb, Ground $6.99 · Express $16.99; 1 to 3 lb, $9.99 · $21.99; 3 to 5 lb, $12.99 · $26.99; 5 to 11 lb, $16.99 · $34.99; 11 to 22 lb, $24.99 · $44.99; over 22 lb, $29.99 · $54.99.
Free Shipping
Ground Shipping is free on orders of $199 or more (before any discount is applied) that weigh up to 22 lb (10 kg). Orders of $199 or more that weigh over 22 lb are charged the Ground rate shown at checkout, up to a maximum of $6.99. This applies to online retail orders only; wholesale orders are quoted separately. Express Shipping is always charged at the rate shown at checkout.
14-Day Return Policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unopened and in its original sealed packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
How to Start a Return
To start a return, contact us at courtpadelinternational@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. Claims must be submitted within 7 days of delivery with photographic evidence.
Non-Returnable Items
Opened overgrip packs (for hygiene reasons) and any items marked as final sale at the time of purchase cannot be returned.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item you have and, once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return. If approved, we will issue the refund to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank may take up to 5 more business days to post it. If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you still do not see it, contact us at courtpadelinternational@gmail.com.
Refunds on Discounted or Reward-Redeemed Orders
If an order that used a first-order discount or a loyalty rewards redemption is refunded, we reserve the right to reverse the associated discount, reissue the points spent to redeem it, and/or restore any store credit used, so that neither party is better or worse off than before the order was placed.
Payment Disputes & Chargebacks
If you have a problem with a charge, you agree to contact us first at courtpadelinternational@gmail.com with your order number and to give us at least 10 business days to resolve it before disputing the charge with your bank or card issuer. Most issues are solved faster this way.
If a chargeback or payment dispute is filed, we will provide your bank with the records of your order, including your acceptance of these policies at checkout and the carrier's shipping and delivery tracking. While a dispute is open, we may suspend the related account, loyalty points, and rewards.
If a dispute is found to be fraudulent or filed in bad faith (for example, claiming a package was not received when the carrier confirms delivery, or claiming a purchase was unauthorized when it was not), we may permanently close the account, cancel all points and rewards, refuse future orders, and pursue all remedies available under law, including legal action to recover the order amount, chargeback fees, collection costs, and reasonable attorneys' fees to the extent permitted by law. Nothing in this section limits any right you have under applicable law to dispute a charge with your card issuer.
Wholesale Orders
Wholesale orders are final sale unless the product arrives damaged or defective. Claims must be submitted within 7 days of delivery with photographic evidence. Deposits, cancellations, payment methods, and lead times for wholesale orders are governed by the terms in each Court Order Confirmation (COH-), which the buyer accepts before placing the order.
