Shipping Times

Orders are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days of purchase. Estimated delivery is 7–10 business days from the ship date, depending on your location within the United States. Delivery times may vary due to weather conditions, carrier delays, or your region of the country. We ship via USPS or UPS. You will receive a tracking number once your order ships.

Free Shipping

We offer free shipping on all orders over $100. Orders under $100 have a flat shipping rate of $11.99.

14-Day Return Policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

How to Start a Return

To start a return, contact us at courtpadelinternational@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. Claims must be submitted within 7 days of delivery with photographic evidence.

Non-Returnable Items

Opened overgrip packs (for hygiene reasons), gift cards, and any items marked as final sale at the time of purchase cannot be returned.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item you have and, once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return. If approved, you will be refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved, contact us at courtpadelinternational@gmail.com.

Wholesale Orders

Wholesale orders are final sale unless the product arrives damaged or defective. Claims must be submitted within 7 days of receipt with photographic evidence.
