Privacy Policy

1. Who We Are

This Privacy Policy explains how Court Holdings LLC ("Court," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and protects information when you visit courtpadelshop.com, create an account, place an order, or otherwise interact with us (collectively, the "Site").

2. Information We Collect

Information you give us directly: name, email address, phone number, shipping and billing address, and any message content, when you contact us, submit a partner application, sign up for restock notifications, create an account, or place an order.

Account information: if you create an account, we use Firebase Authentication (provided by Google) to manage your login. We store your name, email, order history, and loyalty program balance (points and any redeemed rewards) tied to that account. If you choose to provide it, we also store your date of birth, which is optional.

Marketing preferences: whether you have opted in to marketing emails, and a record of when and where you gave or withdrew that consent.

Order and loyalty information: items purchased, order totals, shipping details, and points earned or redeemed through our rewards program.

Shipping information: the carrier and tracking number for each order we ship.

Coach referrals: if you arrive through a coach's link or enter a coach's name, code or email at checkout, we record which coach referred your order so we can pay that coach a commission. The coach can see the order number, date, amount and your first name, never your email, address or payment details. Your price is the same with or without a coach.

Court Coach Program applications: if you apply to the Court Coach Program, we collect your name, email, phone number, the club or academy where you coach, your city and state, the sports you coach, about how many students you teach, your years of experience and, if you provide them, your Instagram or website and how you would share Court. We use them only to review your application and contact you about the program, and we keep them for up to 2 years if you do not join. If you are approved, you sign the coach agreement and IRS Form W-9 through DocuSign; the signed documents and your full taxpayer number stay in DocuSign, and we keep only the signing dates, your legal name and the last 4 digits of the number. To limit spam, we also keep a one-way coded version of your connection's IP address for one day.

Reviews: if you submit a product review, we collect your rating, review text, first name with last initial, city, sport, product, any photos you upload, and your email address. We publish everything except your email address once the review is approved.

Automatically collected information: basic technical data such as browser type and general usage of the Site, and information stored in your browser (see "Cookies & Local Storage" below). On the checkout page, our payment processor Stripe also collects device and connection information, such as IP address, device type, and browser details, to process your payment securely and to detect fraud.

We do not collect or store your payment card number at any point. See "Payment Processing" below.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to: process and fulfill orders; create and manage your account; calculate and apply loyalty points and rewards; respond to inquiries and partner applications; send order confirmations, shipping and tracking updates, and restock notifications you requested; detect and prevent fraud, unauthorized transactions, and abuse of our discounts and rewards program; if you provided your date of birth, confirm you meet our minimum age and send you birthday offers; and maintain the security and proper functioning of the Site. We do not sell or rent your personal information to third parties.

4. Marketing Emails

We only send marketing emails (promotions, new products, and exclusive offers) if you actively opted in by checking the marketing box when creating your account, or later in your account settings. Opting in is never required to create an account or make a purchase. We currently send about one marketing email per month.

You can unsubscribe at any time by clicking the "unsubscribe" link at the bottom of any marketing email, by unchecking "Email Preferences" in your account Profile, or by writing to courtpadelinternational@gmail.com. We process unsubscribe requests promptly and in any case within 10 business days. Unsubscribing from marketing does not stop transactional emails related to your account and orders, such as order confirmations and shipping updates.

Review requests, cart and grip reminders

After an order is delivered, we may send you one email asking for a review of the products you bought. If you are signed in and leave products in your cart without buying, we save that cart on your account and may send you one reminder about 24 hours later. About five weeks after an order of overgrips arrives, we may send you one email suggesting it may be time for a fresh grip, with a link that puts the same products back in your cart. These emails come from our Gmail account (courtpadelinternational@gmail.com). Every one of them has a link to stop them with one click; order confirmations and shipping updates still arrive. Reviews are only published after we approve them, and we never show your email address.

5. Payment Processing

All payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. Your card details are entered directly into Stripe's secure payment fields and never pass through or are stored on our servers. Stripe also uses the payment and device information it collects to detect and prevent fraud (for example, through Stripe Radar), including verifying the billing address and security code you enter. Stripe's use of your information is governed by Stripe's own privacy policy.

6. Cookies & Local Storage

The Site uses your browser's local storage to remember practical things like the contents of your shopping cart, your language preference, the coach whose link you used (for up to 60 days), and, if you're logged in, your session, so you don't have to log in again on every page. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. The only third-party cookies are set by Stripe on the checkout page, which it uses to process payments securely and to detect and prevent fraud (see Stripe's cookie policy). You can clear local storage and cookies at any time through your browser settings; doing so may require you to re-add items to your cart or sign in again.

Because we do not use advertising cookies or track you across other websites, there is no cross-site tracking for us to turn off in response to "Do Not Track" or Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals. If we ever add such tracking, we will update this policy and honor GPC signals as an opt-out.

7. Third-Party Service Providers

We rely on the following third parties to operate the Site, each of which processes certain data on our behalf under their own privacy and security practices: Stripe (payment processing), Google Firebase (account authentication and account profile storage), Netlify (website hosting, contact and partner forms, order processing, and inventory/loyalty data storage), Resend (delivery of account, order confirmation and shipping emails, and, if you opted in, marketing emails; also a backup for restock notices), DocuSign (signing the Court Coach agreement and Form W-9, for approved coaches), Google Gmail (our business email account, used to reply to messages you send us, to correspond with business customers, to send payment receipts, restock notices, review requests and cart and grip reminders, and to keep backup copies of our business records), Shippo (the shipping platform we use to buy shipping labels; it receives your name, shipping address and, when needed, phone number and email, plus the package weight), and shipping carriers such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx (your name, shipping address and, when needed, phone number, to deliver your order). We only share the information with these providers that is necessary for them to perform their function.

8. Data Retention

We retain order and account information for as long as your account remains active, or as needed to comply with our legal, tax, and accounting obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time, subject to records we're required to keep by law (such as transaction records for tax purposes). As a general guide, we keep order and payment records for at least 7 years for tax and accounting purposes, account data while your account is open and for up to 2 years after it is closed or inactive, and restock notification sign-ups until we send the notice or you ask us to remove you.

9. Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us at courtpadelinternational@gmail.com. If you are a California resident, you have the right under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) to know what personal information we hold about you, to request its deletion, and to opt out of any "sale" or "sharing" of personal information. We do not sell or share your personal information as those terms are defined by the CCPA.

Residents of Texas and other states with consumer privacy laws (such as the Texas Data Privacy and Security Act) may request to confirm whether we process their personal data, and to access, correct, delete, or obtain a portable copy of it. We do not sell personal data, use it for targeted advertising, or use it for profiling that produces legal or similarly significant effects. To make a request, email us from the address on your account, or include enough detail for us to verify your identity; we will respond within 45 days. If we decline your request, you may appeal by replying to our response with the word "Appeal," and we will respond to the appeal within 60 days. If your appeal is denied, you may contact your state Attorney General. We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of these rights.

10. Children's Privacy

The Site is not directed to children. You must be 18 or older to create an account or place an order, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can delete it.

11. Data Security

We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect your personal information. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

12. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date, and we encourage you to review this page periodically.
